Product Details
A classic fisherman-style sweater combines traditional and not-so-traditional cables with lacey eyelet details - just for us girls! The fit is long and loose in the body balanced by a slender sleeve and a scooped neckline.
Construction: Sweater is knit flat from the bottom up with seams. The neckline ribbing is worked in the round. The entire pattern could be easily modified for working completely in the round.
Skills used: Cables, reading charts, tubular cast on and bind off (explained), Kitchener stitch, slip stitch, lace.
The sample was knit in Sunday Knits Nirvana 5 ply. A substitute yarn is shown below.
