Product Details
I designed this pattern for the project in a knitting class that used tee shirts for yarn.
Knit in a simple slip stitch pattern that produces a firm, strong rug that won’t curl, this recycling-friendly project lets you use up old tee shirts with very little worry about stains or holes. It’s easily adaptable to other sizes but you’ll always get a useful, easy-to-wash rug. Two patterns are provided. The Original Flagstone pattern and a Garter Flagstone. Instructions for making tee yarn are also included. Enjoy!!
