Product Details
This tablecloth was originally published in Inside Crochet issue 76 as part of a collection called ‘3 ways with motifs’. It is made from 81 motifs joined as you go. The motifs around the edge of the tablecloth have a partial final round to allow the floral centres to form the border.
I used a light 4ply cotton, perfect for a tablecloth, and 8 colours to make 2 colourways for the motifs. This would look fabulous in more colours and would be good for stash busting.
The finished tablecloth is approx. 90cm (36in) square to fit a patio table up to 70cm (27½in) square.
Yarn suggested is an alternative. For the original design you need 4 colours for the flowers, 2 greens for the outer edge of the flowers, yellow for the flower centres and a background of cream or vanilla. One 100g ball approx 330m long per colour should be sufficient.
Pattern is written in English terms and is charted.
