I first designed this pattern almost a year ago as a new style of poppy to make, sell, and raise funds for a well-known armed forces charity; It was only when browsing the internet that I discovered the four-petal poppy was trademarked to Poppy Scotland. As I already make and sell poppies every year around November time, I contacted Poppy Scotland for permission to sell the finished product, and this pattern, and donate profits to them, permission was granted. 100% of profit from this pattern will go to Poppy Scotland.
