Product Details
Frankie was inspired by a painting from my 3 year old niece.
I knitted this in acrylic for 2 reasons - 1. it is stiffer and therefore keeps the shape well; and 2. acrylic gives stronger colours - you can't have a pasty flamingo. I used Four Seasons Marvel 8ply (from Spotlight).
For the beak, you only need about 3m each of black and white - you're bound to have some in your stash.
The pattern includes colour photos to aid with assembly. However, if you have any questions, please email me and I'll be happy to help out.
