This pattern is designed to be a cozy cover for an Arozzi chair headrest cushion. The pleather on my father's chair cushion started peeling off, and he would have black flakes on his head and neck after a day of work, I made this cover so my mother can no longer be embarassed by the pleather flakes on him. This pattern can easily be adjusted to fit your size headrest if it is not the same.
