Product Details

Inspired by my favorite ride at my favorite theme park, this cowl should remind you of a certain giant geodesic sphere in central Florida. This pattern is made up of modularly knit isosceles triangles. Keep yourself warm with the power of geometry!

Finished Dimensions

13”x6.5” (23”x11.5”) 33” x 16.5” (58.5 cm x 29 cm) when lying flat

Yarn:

DK 335 yds (775 yds)

Yarn used in photos is Malabrigo Arroyo in Indicieta for the short and Mrs. Crosby Hat Box in Squid Ink, Greystone, and Crème Fraiche for the long.

Needles:

US 5 DPNs/3.5mm DPNS or same size for Magic Loop US 5 16” circular needle (37” circular needle)

Finishing:

Because this is knit modularly and you do have to cut the yarn between each triangle module, there are a lot of ends to weave in. The ends are also used to make the triangle points more neat and tidy.
