Product Details
The tam was designed for my daughter who had bought a new coat and needed a hat to match. I liked it but her coat was pink and so I've reworked it in different colourways. It's called the Glenfarg beret because that's the small village in Scotland where we live.
This Tam has three different colourways, each with its own pattern so that the charts work with the correct colours!
It uses 4 shades of Jamieson's of Shetland Spindrift and is an easy knit. It's suitable for those who are used to knitting in the round and have a little stranded colourwork experience.
The sample used 2.75 mm and 3.00 mm needles with a tension of 39 sts and 32 rows over 10cm after blocking.
