Product Details
Worked in the round from a Judy's magic cast-on for a completely seamless result, this cozy little cover has made my mini hot water bottle extra sumptuous to hold when I'm working at my computer.
I find that it's really handy to have a bit of heat to stop my fingers getting cold, and my mini hot water bottle is generally my best friend at this time of year, but it needed a new cover and I needed it to feel really lovely in my hands.
The fabric produced by holding one strand of Rowan Moordale together with one strand of Rowan Kidsilk Haze has proved to be the perfect combination - thick enough to hold in the heat and prevent scalding but soft and luxurious to the touch.
The design is named after the shade names of the two yarns I used and I have had lots of fun musing over other possible colour combinations - Beetroot Liqueur, Drab Thai and Blue Moor Laguna would all be lovely, but my favourite one of all has to be Wicked Ash!
