Product Details
The Arts & Crafts movement of the late 19th century found its muse in the beautiful and enigmatic Jane Morris. If she were around today, I expect that this sweater - relaxed, sexy, stylish and unique - is what she’d be wearing.
Construction: Sweater is knitted flat from the top down in one piece. Beginning with a provisional cast-on at the neckline, front and back are worked separately. Sleeves are picked up and knitted flat .
Sizes: XS (S, M, L, XL, XXL) recommended for chest sizes: 28-32 (33-37, 38-42, 43-47, 48- 52, 53-57)“.
Gauge: 20 stitches and 27 rows = 4” in St st. This is a very loose gauge for the yarn used, and the resulting fabric is light and airy.
Techniques used: Provisional cast-on, pick up and knit, lace knitting, reading charts.
Pattern includes: Written instructions, stitch patterns in charted format only, schematics, glossary.
