The pattern uses a 3.5mm and 3mm hook with the resulting duck standing 12.5 inches or 32 cm tall (Excl. bonnet).
DK weight yarn is used throughout the pattern.
You can use a fine/4 ply/no.2 yarn with a 3mm hook which will give you a smaller duck.

I loved this pattern. The only problem was I wasn’t used to the way the pattern was written so I read it wrong. Once I realized it I had to take our 28 rows back to the beginning. After that she turned out so cute.
