Kachkeretta

Crochet Kachkeretta is a new version of the knitted hat with the same name. It is an especially beautiful, modern and warm visor cap, which contains elements of a beret and newsboy cap. The vast beret falling at the back protects your head from cold weather, while the visor shields the upper part of your face from wind, rain and snow. It is made by holding 2 strands of yarn, and so it is very warm and cozy.

What makes the crochet Kachkeretta special is its detachable visor. If you remove it, the hat can be worn as a beret. The firm, double-layered visor has one decorative button on each side. These buttons, when pulled through the ribbed band, attach the visor to the cap and hold it in place.
