This riverbank Romeo is 16cm/6¼in tall and knitted in two separate pieces, which are then joined using mattress stitch, so there’s no fiddly fair isle or intricate intarsia. Better still, you’ll only need small amounts of yarn to create your very own minnow-munching mate! All the pieces are knitted flat on straight needles and seamed afterwards so it's a good idea to seam and stuff the pieces as you go along.
