Knitted Monsters in the Closet

Monsters in the closet were inspired by my need to organize the mess in my child’s room. I needed some sort of space to put away random collections of toys and other treasures, but I also wanted to display the collections in a way that my child would like it and have easy access to the treasure. Thus, Tony, the pocket monster was born. Tony’s pockets gave me an idea to create variety of monsters. To create unique knitted monster, you have to start with a body, then add some limbs, eyes, and a big smile. The endless variety of yarn available at stores offers an opportunity to create each and every monster unique and original. Enjoy the knitting.
