This pattern gives full knitting and making instructions for The Mercerie’s lovely knitted sunflower corsage which was commissioned by The National Gallery for their 2014 Vincent Van Gogh Sunflowers exhibition.
These delightful knitted sunflowers are guaranteed to cheer up whatever they adorn; worked in The Mercerie's DK merino yarn on 3.5mm needles (choose any DK weight natural brown yarn for the centres) the finished flowers measure approximately 13 x 13cms and look simply stunning as hair accessories, corsages or used to decorate bags, cushions and hats.
