Product Details
These fingerless gloves are fairly easily knitted and feature a lace stacked hearts design running along the back side of both hands with a plain palm side. This pattern is for fingerless mittens in 3 sizes. The bottom rib uses an original stitch that reminds me of hearts.
Sizes:
Small size fits a child’s hand (about 7 to 12 years old);
Medium size fits teenager to medium adult hands;
Large size fits a large adult hand.
Skills: Knitting in the round (magic loop or using double-pointed needles); Lace stitches, increases, decreases.
Materials: You can use any DK yarn you wish.
I used a little less than 1 ball of James C. Brett Pure Merino (50g - 124m/136yds per ball) for the Medium size (pink mittens on the picture), a little less than 1 ball of King Cole Merino Blend DK Superwash wool (50g - 112m/123yds per ball) for the small mittens, and about 60g of King Cole Merino Blend DK Superwash wool (50g - 112m/123yds per ball) for the large size.
