This scarf with its shimmering hues is evocative of those bands of northern lights which ripple across the crisp night sky! If knitted with color- changing yarn it is sure to add brightness to your favorite accessories wardrobe! Knitted from the bottom up and joined in the center this pattern is easy to work following your choice of written directions or a chart!
Finished measurements after blocking are 80” long x 5” wide.
Yarn: 390 yards of fingering weight. Sample was knitted using one ball of Knitpicks Chroma fingering in color—Roller Skate; 70% Wool, 30% Nylon; 396 yards/100 grams.
Needles and Notions: Size U.S. 5 straights and 1 spare to hold stitches. Yarn needle to work Kitchener stitch and weave in ends.
