Product Details
This pattern uses the traditional Old Shale stitch. Once you understand how to do it, you can also make blankets or shawls from it. It is a beautiful stitch that originated in the Shetland Isles.
I've made it in other colours besides natural, and the pattern includes ideas on how to change the scarf size or use the stitch in other ways.
