Lady In red

A fine crochet jewel that is quite affordable for an intermediate crocheter. It consists of a fine crochet lace choker, a large flower accompanied by three smaller ones and closes with a lace finished with small pearl flowers. The insertion of the beads is done either directly in the work or afterwards, by crocheting the beads according to a Tig Oya technique (several beads in a circle, closed by a single crochet), both modes of insertion are illustrated in detail with photos. The model is presented here in a Christmas version, with a mix of reds, but it can of course be made in more sober colors or by mixing bright or pastel colors, for a spring version.
