Lauren's blanket can start with a provisional cast on to allow ease in adding the lace edging however, it is not necessary.
A plain garter stitch edge knitted at the same time as the middle section may be added instead of the lace edging in the round. Instructions for this are included within the pattern.
Plain edge: 320/670/1350/2300/3500m Lace edge: 700/1200/2000/4300m DK weight yarn 3.75mm needles
Size:without lace edging, 47x53/59x88/84x127/110x167/134x200. The lace edging adds 10cm on all round
