All sock knitting yarns with a yardage of 360 - 425 m/100 g will work fine. Up to size EU 40 / US 9 I recommend yarn with a length of 420m/100g, from size EU 41 / US 10 onwards use yarn with a length of 400m/100grams. Depending on yardage and your knitting tension: You need up to 60 grams in main color (background). The pattern is knitted in a contrasting color. You need up to 40 grams (size US 13). Toes, heels and cuffs are knitted in a third color and you need up to 25 grams.
