Product Details

This scarf is actually what sparked the idea for my Blessed C2C Blanket. The whole time, I thought, how cool would it be if it had the word "Thankful" or "Blessed" down one of the sides. The word was too long for it, and that's when I went ahead with the blanket.

I knew I still wanted to make this scarf fall somehow, and that's when I turned to Pinterest for some inspiration and came across the Falling Leaves Throw from Red Heart. I loved the idea of the leaves in different directions falling. I dug out my leaf pattern, and some fall colored yarns from my stash, and got to work.

To make your own scarf, you'll need some lightweight yarn - like Hobby Lobby's I Love This Sport Weight Yarn and Baby Bee's Sweet Delight Yarn, a G6/4mm crochet hook and a tapestry needle for weaving and sewing.

I worked my scarf up in about 9 hours.

It's sized for a teen/woman.

Abbreviations you'll need to know include SC, HDC, DC, TR, DTR (Explained).
