Product Details
I have a fondness for weird and unexpected food combinations. The most questionable is the ballpark “favorite” here in Cleveland, the Slider Dog, which is topped with mac and cheese, bacon, and Froot Loops. Why? I’m not entirely sure.
Variegated yarns and patterned socks leave many knitters similarly scratching their heads. Does the combo work? Should it? Does it stop us? Of course not!
Like Froot Loops on a Hot Dog is a tribute to questionable dietary choices and yarn purchases. It is available for both cuff down and toe up construction and is written for two stitch counts (64 and 80 stitches on the foot). Instructions are for Magic Loop/two circulars, but experienced sock knitters should be able to adjust for dpns.
Skills Needed knit, purl, lifted increases, m1p increases, slip stitches, yo, ssk, k2tog, p2tog, passing stitches over For toe up, comfort with doing some calculations
