Product Details
Airy and light Linum is a modern triangle shawl that begins from the bottom. You knit your way up, alternating garter stitch stripes with mesh lace blocks that change direction. The pattern plays with right and left slanting decreases. First the lace rows tilt to the right, then the lace changes direction and the lace tilts to the left. For accent, there’s a purl ridge row where the mesh changes direction. Between the lace blocks you take a breather with a few rows of garter stitch.
This pattern has both written and charted instructions.

- Notes
- This shawl is worked flat but I recommend using an 80-100 cm / 32-40 inch circular needle to accommodate the growing number of stitches.
