Product Details

Looks Like Rain is a light and delicate crocheted scarf for those cooler spring and autumn days - not too heavy or warm but just enough to keep off the chill.

The pattern suggests rain showers leaving rivulets of water down a window pane, with droplets of rain along the bottom edge.

Make it in 4 ply merino to give gentle warmth, without weight.

The simple pattern of trebles and eyelets makes up quickly and is finished with an optional pompom edging. An alternative picot edging is also included - or try a beaded edge, or even a fringe! The pattern is very versatile with the size easily adjusted to your preferred length and width. Go large and make a shawl or wrap. Or make it smaller to use that one special hand dyed skein. Try it with double knit, or more than one colour.

However you make it, you'll probably want to make another!
