Mad Blood is a dramatic crescent shaped shawl positively dripping with lace, cables, beads and nupps. The lace motifs will challenge you as they are worked on both right and wrong side rows, while cables shift the fabric in unexpected directions. Nupp flowers and lines of decreases pick out lily motifs, or is it just the way the lace falls? Add beads, or don’t add beads – the choice is yours, depending on how you like your mad blood to drip.
