Product Details
A combination of moss and stockinette stitches creates this textured series of diamonds. The reverse stockinette side of the scarf is equally presentable.
The pattern is written with a single stitch worked in moss stitch on each edge. Additional border stitches may be cast on for a wider scarf, as was done for the blue model. Both written instructions and charts are provided for the 6" (15 cm) scarf.
A modified, extra wide version of the Mawer Scarf is included as charts only (pages 8-11). A section of the wider scarf is shown in the 5th photo on this screen. Finished Dimensions: 12 inches (30.48 cm) x 59 inches (150 cm) worked on US 8 (5.0mm) needles Aran weight or heavy worsted weight yarn, approximately 500 yards (457.2meters)
