Yarn: One hank of fingering weight yarn of about 440 - 480 yds (400 - 440m) Notes on colors: be bold, take a chance (like your mentor did with you). Fiber contents to consider: Merino or other wool will give body, whereas silk, cotton and linen give it more drape.
