Meraki •Greek• may-rah-kee (n.) when you put something of yourself into your work by adding soul, creativity and love
My Meraki scarf is an easy-to-wear shallow triangular shape that is crocheted sideways from tip to tip followed by a narrow edging. The stitch pattern is an easy four-row repeat throughout the main body of the scarf and the edging is a simple and easy stitch pattern as well.
And, Meraki is a one skein project! I used one skein the lovely, soft Manos del Uruguay Alegria that is a fingering weight hand-dyed yarn (445 yards). Be sure to check out the Alegria yarn and all of the beautiful colorways.
Make the scarf with tassels or without tassels. The scarf looks great either way. Of course you will need less yarn, about 400 yards, if you choose to not add the tassels.
