This cowl is knitted with two strands together : Peruvian Baby Cashmere (60% Baby Alpaca / 30% Merino Wool / 10 % Cashmere - 545 yards) and Super Kydd (from Elann). You need 518 yards for the Super Kydd. The Super Kydd (70% Mohair / 30 % Nylon) is discontinued, you can replace it by the Silken Kydd (70 % Super Kid Mohair / 30 % Silk).
