Product Details
The Mighty Mitts are simple ribbed fingerless gloves made from the wrist up to the fingers
The ribbed texture makes them lovely and cosy too.
Skills Used
The pattern uses simple stitches (half double crochet and single crochet in US terms) throughout, works in rounds and rows and uses the back loop only to create a ribbed effect. The cuff for the thumb requires working into row ends.
The gloves are worked from the wrists up, starting with a chainless foundation row.
Materials: Depending on the size you choose, you will need approximately 55g to 65g of double knit yarn and a 4mm hook. The gloves pictured were made with West Yorkshire Spinners Colourlab DK (100% wool) but acrylic or a blend of acrylic and wool could also work for this pattern
The pattern is written in English using US crochet terms.
The pattern is for personal use only and may not be shared or reproduced without prior written consent. Copyright 2022. Dora Does Limited, registered in England No. 13992263
