Product Details
Milo the lion is sporting a rather fetching mane, and chatting with their chums Oscar the tiger and Jacob the giraffe. These little toys are quick to knit, great for using up odds and ends of yarn balls to reduce waste, and are an ideal size for little hands to play with. The toys photographed were all knitted from the same pattern, but used different yarns. The lion’s mane is made from yarn that is attached onto the head after making up. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, these toys are knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). The tails are i-cord tubes worked on two DPNs. For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, knitting stripes, and seaming to finish.
