Product Details
The Morning Bike Ride cowl was inspired with some of my favourite mornings in mind. I love riding my bicycle in the morning, feeling the cool air on my face. This cowl is easy to tuck into a light jacket or sweater without bulking up your favourite outfit.
The cowl is knit bottom up in the round, starting and ending with a ribbed edge. There are three different lace sections to keep the project interesting. The lace makes the cowl light to wear, perfect for bike rides or morning strolls. The pattern is both written and charted.
Yarn: Approximately 300m/328yds of fingering weight yarn. Sample was made using Stranded Dyeworks BFL Nylon Fingering (80% Superwash Blue Faced Leicester, 20% Nylon. 365m/400yds, 100g per skein) in the Grubby Pink colourway.
Gauge: 24 stitches and 32 rows is 10cm / 4” in stockinette stitch
Needles: Gauge-sized needles, the sample was made using 3.5mm (US 4) 40cm/16” circular needles
