Product Details
The Art Deco period during the 1920s and 1930s is well known for it’s geometric and streamlined forms. Glamour and elegance abounded! It’s time to put a little of that into my patterns.
The pattern is written in US terminology. It is written for mosaic overlay crochet and is suitable for mosaic beginners, as long as you know crochet basics and can research YouTube if needed. It contains written instructions as well as charts (marked with Xs). There are extra charts kindly provided by tester Caroline, showing placement of the extra colours she used in her gorgeous blanket (blue and green in photos).
There are 4 large designs each having stitch repeats of 52 and a bonus smaller design that can be used to extend the size of your blanket if you wish. When choosing yarn, it is important to choose contrasting colours so the design stands out.
Pattern includes information about how to make larger blankets.
