Product Details

Even if you're not old enough to have seen the movie The Graduate ( Get it? A Graduation sweater…) you probably know the wonderful song ["Mrs. Robinson".][1] Mrs. Robinson is a cotton-mix bulky sweater to get you through those chilly spring evenings. Knit in from 1 to 5 strands cotton, making a bulky yarn, it moves from almost black at the bottom to almost white at the top. Big, complex cables give relief and interest against the reverse stockinette background. The shape is modern and oversized, with a nice big turtleneck and split sides. Use up all your remnants to knit this comfy, huggy sweater…

sizes: XS (S, M, L, XL,2X) (72/76, 80/86, 91/96, 102/106, 111/116,121/126) cm 28/30(32/34, 36/38, 40/42, 44/46,48/50)" bust circumference. finished measurements armpit(laid flat): 50(55, 60, 65, 70,75) cm 20 (22, 24, 26, 28,30)"(20cm/8" ease). finished length: 60(63,65,70,75,80)cm/ 24, 25,26,28,30,32)". sample garment: model is 1.80m/5'11", size S, and is wearing an M.

The goal yarn weight is bulky: you can either use bulky yarns or combine 1 to 3 thinner yarns to make a bulky yarn. The yarn suggestions are for fingering weight yarns to use in combinations, like the sample sweater.
