*MY SHADOW* baby blanket is knitted using double knit yarn on 5mm needles. I always use pastel colours so this is a big leap for me using grey. The finished size is 30x30ins/76x76cms There is a centre square and instead of picking up stitches for the sides as I normally do I have knitted the sides separately because there are people who don't like to pick up stitches. So these sides need to be sewn to the centre piece. All the stitches are nice and easy so you don't need to be an advanced knitter, just to follow a clearly written pattern.
