Myst is the perfect Summer piece to bring along with you, and wrap around your shoulders on chilly Summer nights. It is so light and airy, that it doesn’t weight anything at all!
As for the construction, I’ve tried something completely different. You start off with a provisional crochet cast on, and work sideways to one edge. Then the stitches are picked up, and the second portion of the shawl is completed. It is so easy, and the simple eyelet chevron stitch makes it a very enjoyable knit. I would say that it’s a perfect project for new-to-lace knitters, and a pure relaxing piece for more advanced ones!
