With this pattern, you will be able to make Nestor the Cat. This is the perfect project for beginners.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Crocheting in spiral, magic ring, chain, slip stitch, single crochet stitch and increasing.
MATERIALS
• I used worsted weight 100% acrylic yarn (Loops & Threads – Impeccable with colors: Black).
• 3.50 mm crochet hook (US size E/4) or according to the yarn
• Polyester fiberfill for stuffing
• Two green 9 mm safety eyes or buttons, beads, felt etc.
• Yarn needle, scissors, stitch marker
• Embroidery floss in colors: Pink and Light Grey
• Cardboard (I used cereals’ cardboard)
• Glue stick and hot glue or fabric glue
FINAL SIZE
Nestor is about 8,5 cm (3,5”) high, with worsted weight 100% acrylic yarn and a 3.50 mm crochet hook (US size E/4).
