No Flies On Us! socks

No Flies On Us! uses a fun stitch pattern to make little flies all over your socks. The stitch pattern works brilliantly with variegated sock yarns with short colour changes as the flies stand out against the different coloured background. Or make them in a solid or semi-solid yarn for a more subtle look.

The pattern is written for three sizes. The stitch pattern is very stretchy. The length of the foot can be customised to fit your own foot length easily, so just use your foot width to choose your size.

Small - unstretched sock foot circumference approx 6.25 inches. To fit foot circumference approx 7-7.5 inches Medium - unstretched sock foot circumference approx 7 inches. To fit foot circumference approx 8-8.5 inches Large - unstretched sock foot circumference approx 8 inches. To fit foot circumference approx 9-9.5 inches.

The socks are worked toe-up, and include a gusset and flap heel. Knowledge of how to cast on for working a toe-up sock is assumed.
