Product Details
A highly textured baby blanket knit up quickly in superwash bulky yarn and large needles. Great for boys because there is no lace! The center section is worked back and forth and then bound off. The slip stitch tweed border is worked in-the-round on stitches that have been picked up around the edge of the blanket on a long circular needle (60" cable). Pick a light shade for your Main Color (so the lovely textures will show up nicely), and go for a bright/wild color for the contrasting stripes. Perfect for any babies on your gift list!
Sample is knit in WOTA Bulky Superwash yarn 4 skeins (548 yds) MC (Dove) 1 skein (137 yds) CC (Persimmon) an alternative is given below.
