Product Details
There once was a time when Novembers were foggy and rainy. Days were grey and nature started to prepare for its winter sleep. Things have changed a little and will continue to change, those rains and fogs have turned into random events that happen or don’t. Sometimes I wonder if our grandchildren will shake their heads in disbelief when we tell them about the silent November rain.
In honor of the grey days of my memories this triangle shawl is made in a simple ribs and lace pattern that reminds me of rain. Use a grey yarn for November, but feel free to use any other color for a July or April rain.
The shawl is worked from the top, using fingering sock yarn. It can be worked to any size, depending on how many pattern repeats you knit. Also different yarn weights will work for the pattern. The pattern is fully written and charted.
