Amaze your eyes! This double layer headband uses colored rectangles to create the optical illusion of rounded ovals. The design only looks complicated - pattern includes easy instructions to create the optical illusion. This is a lined headband - it does not use the double knitting technique.
Medium is made on sz 1 needles; large is made on sz 2 needles.
To create the illusion, you need to choose a yarn that is not fuzzy, to get crisp edges on your color blocks.You should choose colors that contrast with each other to show off the design.
