Outlander series inspired shawl knitting pattern. Easy pattern written in English and soon in French.
Advanced Beginner. Width at the top: approx. 189cm/74 1/2’’ Length at the mid back: approx. 84cm/33’’.
* 7 skeins (total) of Drops Nepal from Garnstudio (65% Highlands Peruvian Wool, 35% Alpaca) 10 ply / aran / worsted. Weight/yardage: 1.8 oz (50 g) = approx 82 yds (75 m).
--> 4 skeins of color no 0506, Dark Grey mix/1 skein of color no 8903, Black/2 skeins of color no 8906, Forest Green
* Recommended needle size for this yarn: US 8 / 5 mm BUT FOR THIS PATTERN I HAVE USED 7 mm circular needles or long straight needles to fit all stitches.
* Gauge : 4"x4" /10x10cm = 13stsx26 rows in Garter St.
