The Oyster Shell Napkin Crochet Pattern is an Advanced Beginner or Intermediate design. this would be a great pattern for an Adventurous Beginner to try.
The Oyster Shell Napkin crochet pattern uses a version of the crochet stitch that I designed, the Lilac Cluster Stitch that are worked in rows instead of rounds. The Oyster Shell design was also used in the Oyster Shell Scarf I designed.
I used 40-50 yds #4 ply medium weight cotton a US G or 4 mm crochet hook scissors tapestry needle
This napkin design could definitely be made with Worsted Weight Cotton, Worsted Weight yarn or DK weight yarn that would make a beautiful motif design that you could even use to make blanket squares.
