Knitting pattern no. 38 by Pizpaw Patterns is for a Jumper/Sweater with Two Red Nosed Reindeers in the Snow to fit a baby or toddler in 3 different sizes: 6-12, 12-24 and 24-36 months.
To fit chest: 18, 20 and 22 inches or 46, 51 and 56 cms.
The jumper has a motif of two Rudolph the Reindeers with pompom red noses to the front. One shoulder has a 3 button opening to make it easier to lift the jumper over baby’s head.
The pattern uses double knitting wool (an alternative for overseas knitters would be USA light worsted or Australian 8 ply) and you will need 3.25mm and 4mm straight needles and 3 buttons. A crochet hook is optional to help pull the yarn through when making the pompoms.
The picture shows the jumper knitted for size 24-36 months using Rico Baby Classic DK shades: Red (009), White (001), Greige (017), Clay (037) and Black (099)
