The service was great from Love - Crafts. I will definitely order from the again! It was my third time I ordered from them. The product came from England and got to Canada as fast as ordering from my own country. I can't say Paint Box yarns is my favorite yarn to work with. What I didn't like was how easily it frayed and over-stretched. It's very stretchy. I should have gone a down a needle size for what I was making. I liked it for the price because it was as close as I could get to Rowan yarns which the pattern required. I will buy it again because there have a huge variety in colors.
Second time using this yarn (2 × garments, different colours). Knits up beautifully, nice and soft. A range of lovely colours too. Will definitely buy again in the future.
Easy enough to knit up but ordered 7 balls over 2 orders and 6 of the balls had a join in it. Delivery time was good just a bit disappointed in quality

I love Paintbox wool worsted. Such an excellent quality yarn. Completely comparable to Rowan. My only sadness has been waiting 2 years for the light caramel to come back into stock. I'm so very disappointed that I can't get this shade to finish a project. No joy from Customer Services about it either.
The color of this yarn is perfect for my project (felted candy corn). It is the exact color that is pictured; a deep and rich orange.

Love the Wool Worsted range. Such lovely bright colours. Knitted hoodies, cardigans, blankets and hats for Grandaughter. They get machine washed again and again and still look and feel gorgeous
Lovely wool to knit with but the only problem I have come up against is that there are far too many knots in the wool
Nice color variety. Although colors weren't represented exactly on the computer. We purchased a midnight blue and it was lighter than what was displayed on the Lovecraft website. Good price when on sale. However, not as soft as cascade or other super wash brands I've used. Maybe bc it's not a fine grade like Merino?? Hoping I can condition it to make it more comfortable for my daughter to wear against the skin.
