Product Details
A simple knitting pattern for a baby's crib/pram blanket, with a moss stitch border and stitch motif patches. I designed this whilst waiting for the arrival of my first baby, so has a special place in my heart.
Knitted in one piece using worsted weight, 100% cotton yarn. The pattern uses Rowan Handknit Cotton DK which gives, softness, stability and great stitch definition.
Alternative yarns can be used as long as the tension required for the pattern is achieved. Possible alternative yarns have been listed below in the materials list.
Size: 55cm x 70cm (21.5" x 27.5")
Skills required: cast on and bind off, knit, purl and the ability to work from a row by row knitting chart.
Needles: 4 mm (US size 6) needles. Can be knitted on straight single point needles or back and forth on a circular needle depending on your preference.
