She was known to be beautiful, intelligent, politically savvy and wise. This dress, in its delicate, regal, beauty – after it was completed – made me think of Cleopatra and not avoid being too much on the nose, the name Patra was given. This dress is a work of art and looks more difficult to make than it really is a fun, flirty, & sexy dress.
