Please note - due to either small knitted pieces/felt shapes, strings, or the use of plastic eyes/buttons, these are not suitable for children under 3yrs old.
You can use them afterwards if you need a rest from your lollipop by wrapping a little clingfilm over them, and popping the hat back on to identify each persons afterwards - yum!
