I enjoy knitting garter stitch.

At the end of a really busy day when I’ve been rushing about here, there and everywhere, or have had been using the computer all day, all I want to do is sit down and relax without having to think.

Garter stitch is my ‘go to’ stitch for days like this. It’s perfect for knitting one or two rows while I wait for my supper to cook.

I love creating easy to knit designs. I love combining yarns of beautiful quality with the simplest of stitches to create truly unique items that are a joy to knit. This straightforward pattern has no complicated abbreviations or tricky techniques. It is a pattern you can knit with pride and delight!
